Getting Started

At Mason & Crown we like to create a sense of ease and a lot of fun into the work we do with our clients. With a full service event, we'll work with you to cultivate your theme and choose the location to get the ball rolling and a date confirmed. We work with you to understand your event goals and can provide a huge menu selection, venue ideas, and other recommendations to make your event unique and exceptional.

Menu Selection

Choose from our Catering Event Menus or let us work with you to customize a menu based on your budget, event theme and culinary desires.

Guest Count

A guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event; you may increase your guest count up to 72 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for increasing guest counts after the guarantee has been provided.

Cost

Our catering proposals reflect pricing for your menu, equipment and basic staffing needs. Additional services and staffing are available upon request. A nominal delivery, set-up & pick-up fee is charged for events not requiring service staff. All staffed events and events after normal business hours will be charges a gratuity. Prices will vary based on the unique requirements of your event.

Full Service

At Mason & Crown we provide an unparalleled focus on you and your event. We've catered almost every type and size of event imaginable. Our events include weddings and anniversary celebrations to business meetings, holiday parties and graduation barbeque's. We can create zany themes, traditional elegance or a classic Northwest flair. We have a wide range of experience and can accommodate any size group or age. We use sustainable foods and seasonal menus coupled with exceptional service to create extraordinary events. A full service event with Mason & Crown provides start-to-finish support.

Delivery

• Perfect for smaller events, cocktail receptions and corporate breakfasts and luncheons. Our delivery service includes:
• Delivery and set-up of scrumptious platters and food displays of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts with appropriate utensils and linens.
• Post-party pick-up at your convenience.

• If all you need are a few platters to enhance your self-catered event, or if you’d like to bring something special to a party and time is critical, consider ordering our beautifully styled and garnished platters of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts that you can pick up and take with you!
